Los Angeles Restaurants

As Los Angeles is the second most populous city in the United States as well as it being the entertainment capital of the world, visitors can rest assured that there are many excellent Los Angeles restaurants from which they can choose. If you dine at one of the Los Angeles restaurants listed here in our online Los Angeles travel guide then do sample some of the excellent local wines from the Napa region.

A number of world class chefs and well known restaurant operators have opened their own Los Angeles restaurants due to the relatively large and wealthy customer base. If you are looking for a normal and inexpensive place to eat at during your vacation in Los Angeles then please do not worry as there are many excellent Los Angeles restaurants with normal prices.

» Musso & Frank Grill - 6667 Hollywood Boulevard

One of the oldest and most famous Los Angeles restaurants is Musso & Frank Grill which has been in business for almost 90 years. Many Hollywood stars have dined at this legendary Los Angeles restaurant including the likes of the Marx brothers and Hollywood legend Clark Gable.

If you do decide to have lunch or dinner at the Los Angeles restaurant Musso & Frank Grill then we recommend for you to try their excellent lobster or their spectacular Filet Mignon in case you prefer a great steak.

» Spago Beverly Hills - 176 North Canon Drive

Spago Beverly Hills is probably the hottest and trendiest Los Angeles restaurant. As with the other Wolfgang Puck's restaurants, the food that is served at this excellent restaurant in Beverly Hills is simply spectacular. The pastries that are served for desert receive incredible reviews from all guests.

You will need a reservation if you are planning to visit this Los Angeles restaurant so please try to reserve a table well in advance.

» The Ivy Los Angeles Restaurant - 113 North Robertson Boulevard

The Ivy restaurant is another one of those somewhat older but classy Los Angeles restaurants where many Hollywood stars and film studio executives lunch and dine frequently. If you would like to see some famous people whilst having your meal then this Los Angeles restaurant is the place to eat at.

It is however difficult to get a table at the Ivy restaurant in Los Angeles and it can even be difficult to book a table at this exclusive Los Angeles restaurant if you call well in advance. If you do end up with a table at the Ivy then please do order their great crab cakes.
